Gippsland Multicultural Services offers culturally sensitive care in the Gippsland region of Victoria. Their key goal was to create a professional and engaging online experience to position GMS as an expert provider of services to the Multicultural Community in the aged care and disability care space.

Digital Services Lab, simply put, was asked to build a website that looks great, works smoothly, allow users to easily find what they’re looking for and take the next step to get in touch with the team at GMS. In turn, GMS build credibility with community and government funders, enhance capability and create administrative efficiencies, all leading to presenting GMS as a reliable, compassionate and professional organisation online.
