Director
CloseBel TembyDirectorCommunication & StrategyBel is a social entrepreneur with a background working in the information technology and social services sector. She is highly skilled in leading non-profit organisations specialising in strategic and operational planning, marketing, grant writing, stakeholder engagement and event management.
Bel’s studies included Social Science, Business Management and Marketing. She has a thirst for knowledge and a keen eye for seeing gaps in the market. In 2010, she designed a bespoke software solution for student career planning used by over 100,000 users across Victoria. She is a strong communicator, a serial volunteer and a dog person.
Mike Temby
Director
CloseMike TembyDirectorWeb Design & DevelopmentMike has spent the last 12 years in the corporate sector working as an IT Business Analyst and Functional Analyst for Asahi. Working with large scale Tier 1 Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and many other bespoke software solutions, Mike has developed specialist skills in requirements gathering, solution design, solution delivery, project management, testing and incident management among other skills.
With a desire to escape the large corporate world and be involved in something faster paced and more personally rewarding, Mike and partner Bel combined both their skills and experience to start Digital Services Lab.
